We become actively involved and we understand the critical business functions of your infrastructure and can provide support for your industry specific applications from Citrix, MS 2003 Server to the WAN/LAN networks. We have trained IT support technicians for a large number of business applications and infrastructures so you can be assured we work to put your business critical IT systems first. Vendor Independent Our relationships with leading hardware and software vendors leverages the best application support by making sure the correct vendor receives a succinct and professional description of the problem. This provides a better relationship between yourselves and your specialist vendors by ensuring that the vendor only receives support calls which are their responsibility and reduces the finger pointing and passing responsibility that can result in poor response from vendors and non-resolution of problems. As an easy way to get an idea of costs our packages come in three levels and you can specify these on a per PC/Server level. No hourly rates or pay-per-call, we offer a managed solution not a pay per use. All of our core services are inclusive and we only have additional charges on optional items and services‡.
We allow you to switch service levels as needed and our account managers will give you regular reports and service meetings to help you get the correct levels. Our service meetings focus on problem resolution, our aim is to reduce your need to call for recurring problems. SupportPlus!® contracts go hand-in-hand with our consulting, the same team of experts work on support problems as consult on our projects. Our services are also complimentary, we often work through major infrastructure changes with our clients using our support desk to identify possible problems and provide support while we work on resolutions. SupportPlus!® is truly Multi-lingual - English, French and Spanish native speaker support is available to our international clients.
