The Clermont Club in Mayfair, central London is an exclusive luxury casino, with great history. To provide high quality, consistent and efficient services to its customers, the Clermont relies on its IT systems and infrastructure to run a seamless operation.

The Challenge

As an historical establishment, the Club had acquired multiple IT systems of varying standards and age to manage its operations. While it was a 24 hour operation, the size of the business meant that a full time on-site IT Manager was not necessary. However, this meant that the operational IT issues were not addressed immediately and satisfactorily. The Club identified the requirement to upgrade the existing hardware infrastructure and a 24 hour response time to IT issues to sustain and improve day to day operations.

The Solution

MAN Consulting worked closely with the team at the Clermont Club to reconfigure their network settings to make them more efficient. The original hardware was retained and the systems used were standardised to provide better operational efficiency. A 24 hour support contract was also agreed upon for solving all future IT related issues.

The result

The standardisation of the systems has allowed for better controls on accounting and other secure information. It has also provided cost efficiencies through a minimal monthly outsourced support services package.

Operational staff has quick access to a specialist IT support team at any given time, allowing smoother and faster operations. As a result of the upgrades and a support service focused on long term problem resolution, the total number of IT issues raised by the client’s operations team has reduced significantly.
